Moving on!
Well, on Sunday we got some good news. We had two offers on the house. So, we sold the house in three weeks and it sold for $1000 above the asking price. What a relief! It was exhausting having to keep the house perfect and leaving with the baby and Maggie every time someone wanted to look. The only problem is that we must be out by August 20th. Oh well, I'd rather be a buyer than a seller! I'm sure we'll find a house.

I'm so glad you were able to find a buyer so quickly. It sure takes a weight off not having to worry about that. Little Man is getting sooo big. I love his smiles. He is so adorable. I just wish you were moving closer to Victoria so I could see him in real life.
