Baby girl is on the move!

This is why I haven't posted . . .

We're exhausted! We flew to Mississippi for the Thanksgiving holiday. I have taken too many pics to even know where to start posting! Expect many posts in the upcoming days!

Thanksgiving lunch

Today, Russell and I went to Jackson and Annabelle's daycare for Thanksgiving lunch. When we arrived, Annabelle was playing with her boyfriends so we snapped a pic. Lunch was chaotic but fun. Notice the mashed potatoes in Jackson's hair and on his face. Eating with adult utensils was fun for Jackson!

How sweet!

Russell's Granny made this outfit for him when he was a little boy. I believe he wore it at Christmas before his second birthday. When Cee came to visit, we tried it on Jackson. It was a little sug but just as sweet!

9 month check-up

Yesterday, Russell and I took Annabelle to her 9 month check-up. She did amazing. She is 22 pounds. I didn't catch the height but it is at the 80th percentile. Poor baby got her flu shot. I was so worried but she let out one little whimper and she was over it. Then, she had to get her finger pricked. Again, I was a mess and she didn't even cry with the prick. After the second squeeze, she let out another whimper but that was it. We passed by the doctor on the way out and he was very surprised that we were leaving with no tears. I told Russell that the females in this family are tough! We are so blessed to have a healthy, happy baby girl.

Seaux Exicted!

LSU beat Bama yesterday in what some people called the game of the century. A little dramatic even for us, the biggest LSU fans. Nevertheless, LSU won in overtime. It was a doozie and we are seaux excited for our Tigers. Now, they need to finish out the season as the #1 team which may not be the easiest thing to do coming down from all this hype.

Even Jackson knows that every LSU fan, no matter how small, needs a "hat."

Jackson and Cee

We had a great time when Cee came to visit. Cee and Jackson baked up some pumpkin cookies. Jackson really enjoyed it. I thought he might get bored half way through. Guess we'll be baking more cookies this weekend. Oh, darn!

Jackson, Annabelle and Cy aka Bam Bam and Pebbles Flintstone and Tigger

This year was all about fun. Bam Bam wasn't feeling great to begin with. He didn't wear his headpiece or carry his club but it didn't matter. We just wanted the kids to have a good time. Jackson really did. He perked up after a house or two and had a great time. He even had a playdate with Cy when we were finished so that they could hit up a few more houses. Then, he got to pass out some candy himself. Can't wait to start thinking about next years costumes!
