Aunt Mona's retirement party and weekend at the Lake

Friday night was Aunt Mona's retirement party at a restaurant in Lubbock. The kids had a blast running around and checking out the restaurant's aquariums.
Saturday morning, we went for a boat ride. We went nonstop all weekend. It was a blast!

Daddy having some fun, too!
They call this Sponge Bob Island.

Daddy and Boo bonding for a little afternoon break!
Not too long of a rest and we were off to the pool. Not sure what was more fun, the pool or the ride to and from!
Grandfathers enjoying the sunset with their grandkids.

Finishing off a perfect day with a marshmallow roast! We can't wait to go back to the lake!

Weekend with Cee and the Trusty Family

Lasty weekend, Cee and the Trusty family came to Texas to visit us. We had a great time and the munckins had a blast hanging out with their cousins. Can't wait to do it again.

Road Rally

Mickey Mouse has a "road rally" on one of Jackson's favorite Mickey Mouse episodes so Sunday afternoon, Jackson and Annabelle had a road rally of there own. Before we knew it, the kiddos had lined up all their riding toys and they were ready to rally. So cute! You never know what they are going to do next!

Annabelle is 18 months old!
Chillin with daddy on a hot Saturday afternoonDinner out on the town
Hitting the shops with mom and dad
On August 2nd, our baby girl turned 1 1/2 years old. We have been having such a good time with her while our sweet baby boy it having his own little adventure. He went to Louisiana with Mimi and Poppy for a few days and now he is in Mississippi with his Fodder, Cee and cousins. He is having a blast but we sure do miss him. Miss Annabelle is enjoying her attention but I know she is missing him, too.
Since the girls outnumber daddy we have been having lots of fun. Daddy took us out to dinner and then we went shopping. Annabelle loved it! She did not want to leave. Who would?!?
